It is Nursing Business Operations (NBO) mission to efficiently and accurately support the Nursing Department in the areas of position control, staffing planning, 报告, Kronos scheduling, Optilink nursing assignments, licensure maintenance reminders, and 临时orary Agency staffing support.

The focus of the department is to ensure position control within the Nursing Department while monitoring resource utilization in order to meet patient care requirements. NBO maintains continuous staffing oversight that includes the development of staffing plans and unit personnel budgets.
